Mr. McCoy began his training in 1984 in Huntsville, AL. He started teaching taekwondo in 1986 as a First Degree Black Belt. He has taught taekwondo in Huntsville, Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, Alabama, as well as Charlotte, NC. Mr. McCoy earned his master rank in September of 2009. He has many years experience teaching adults and children alike. He currently holds the rank of Seventh Degree Black Belt.
Mary McCoy began taekwondo in 2008 in Independence, KY. She began as an unwilling participant but soon grew to love it. She has trained in Independence and also in Huntsville, Alabama. Through hard work and dedication she has achieved her Level 4 instructor status. She recently received her Third Degree Decided Black Belt at the National Testing in Orlando, FL.
Riley McCoy is in Seventh Grade at Arab Junior High School. She has been involved in taekwondo since the age of 5. She began as a "Little Dragon" in Charlotte, NC. She is currently a Second Degree Senior Black Belt. Her interests include soccer, gymnastics, reading and playing with her dog Ruby. She loves to help other kids by teaching taekwondo. Her favorite kick is the side kick.
Angelica Carnley began her taekwondo journey at McCoy's Taekwondo America in 2012. She has earned the rank of Second Degree Decided Black Belt and is a Level 4 Instructor.
Hannah is a Level 3 Instructor and a Second Degree Black Belt. She loves taekwondo and can be found at the taekwondo school most days training and teaching. Hannah is also in band at AJHS.
Charlie is a member of the STORM Team and assists with classes on a regular basis. He is a husband, father of three, and a pharmacist. He is an active member of Arab First Baptist Church.
Amanda is a member of the STORM Team and assists regularly with the Beginner Kids Class. She is a mother and a teacher in Huntsville. She is an active member of Connect Church in Guntersville.
